All the books in the library stack room are available for lending. |

It is the responsibility of the borrowers to take care of the books. |

Books lost, defaced or damaged in any way shall have to be replaced by the borrowers. |

All the books that are taken out of the library must be registered with the attendant. |
|
Books taken from the library on loan should be returned before the expiry of TWO WEEKS. The same book shall not be renewed for loan again. |
|
Failing to return the books on due date, Rs. 5/- per day will be charged as fine. |
|
Unauthorised lifting of books from library will debar further access to the library. |
|
Each borrower is allowed to take TWO books at a time on loan. |
|
The borrowers are requested not to exchange the library books among themselves as a precautionary measure to avoid damage and loss. |
|
The borrower must not bring inside the library any personal book or books which had already been borrowed from the library except for the purpose of returning it. |
|
Books from the reference section (first floor) are not meant for lending. |
|
Current and back issues of periodicals bound and preserved are not given on loan. They are meant for reference only. |
|
The library will be ordinarily open to the staff, both residential and non-residential, and regular students of the College. Restricted membership is allowed for students from the locality studying in other colleges or those doing research. |
|
Silence is to be maintained in the library at all times. |
